๐Ÿšš Lost or Delayed Packages

My package says delivered, but I donโ€™t have it. What should I do?

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend checking with neighbors, contacting your local post office, or submitting a package inquiry here.

Can you replace a lost or stolen package?

Unfortunately, we cannot replace or refund packages once they are marked as delivered. Please ensure your shipping address is secure.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 14 days of delivery.

Are there items that cannot be returned?

Sale or clearance items and seasonal or holiday items are final sale.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges. A refund or store credit will be issued once the return is approved.
