Remove all packaging and fasteners before giving to a child. Remove the wood ring, hand-wash with mild soap, and rinse thoroughly. Air dry. Or remove wood ring and place silicone bug teether on the top rack of the dishwasher. Cool completely before giving to a child. The wood ring should follow the hand-washing care as described above. Do not place in a sterilizer, microwave, or steamer.

In-Store Returns:

  • Items must be returned in original condition with tags attached.

  • Sale items and holiday items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

  • If the item was a gift, a store credit/gift card will be issued.

Online Returns:

  • Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The amount will be deducted from your refund.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
Once your order leaves our hands, it is in the care of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. We recommend reaching out directly to the carrier if an issue arises with your delivery.
